Refunds are not available for purchases of digital products and services made through our payment system.

Digital elements cannot be returned. Therefore, @InstallationSupport has a "NO Refund" policy for all digital download products. Please note that we are not a dealer but rather a private entity.

As this is a private sale, it is important to emphasize that we do not provide guarantees, invoices, returns, or similar services. For non-tangible digital software, such as download packages, a refund policy is not feasible for obvious reasons. It is essential to acknowledge that by continuing, you automatically accept my conditions. If you disagree, kindly exit the website immediately!

If there is any uncertainty, please review the Terms of Sale, which are binding on you, for clarification. Regardless of your payment method—be it Credit Card, PayPal, or any other form available on the site—these conditions apply.

Refund Policy and Software Purchase Acknowledgment:

• Kindly take note of our refund policy: There are no refunds for digital products and services. By making payments through our available payment systems, you automatically agree to our terms of sale. Digital elements cannot be returned; therefore, we maintain a NO REFUND policy for all digital download products or service such a Installation Support.
• In the event of a refund agreed upon by us, please be aware that it will be subject to a deduction for the non-refundable and non-negotiable Stripe Fee, as well as a 20% Administrative Fee.
• It is important to emphasise that we function as private individuals and not as dealers. As private sellers, we do not provide guarantees, invoices, returns, or similar services. Due to the nature of non-tangible digital software, such as download packages, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer a refund policy.

Customer Responsibility for Server Selection:

• It is the customer's responsibility to select the appropriate server account based on their needs and preferences. Whether you choose the free account or opt for the payable PRO account, please ensure that your selection aligns with your requirements for storage space and bandwidth. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding the server options, feel free to contact us for guidance before making your choice.
• If that doesn't work for you, please check the section called "Download Support", You have an opportunity to purchase such a service. In the instruction manual, you have everything that you need, including how to make an appointment for Online Installation Support which you paid for.

About License for ISTA+ Standalone

License For ISTA Please be aware!

• The license is only valid for one PC! It cannot be transferred to another laptop, it will be rejected, in case of:
• Change of motherboard
• Make sure that your Windows operating system is already activated before purchasing.
• Virtual Machines are not supported!
• Licenses cannot be exchanged for ANY reason. such as lost or damaged hardware, replacing laptops or similar things.
• The price is fixed and non-negotiable, we do not offer discounts for subsequent licences.
• Since ISTA 4.39.2x BIOS/Windows update does not reject the license, please be mindful of this when updating your system.
• One PC - One License!

About additional payment for Online Installation Support

• Payment for making an appointment is mandatory, regardless if you bought a program with the online installation support in advance. Unfortunately, there is no other way to pay for online installation support other than by credit card. Our supplier has no other option.

Cancellation Policy:

• Please exercise caution and select the appropriate service, as we do not have a cancellation policy in accordance with our Terms of Sale. If you miss or cancel your appointment, the full price of the appointment will be charged.

For Standalone subscribers, free updates will only be provided when feasible and update files are available. We cannot guarantee the timing or availability of new updates. Updates may be delivered in various forms, such as through Programming Delta Files for ISTA Standalone.

For iLean subscribers, any violation of the license terms will result in the suspension of your account. To lift the account suspension, a penalty of 10% of the purchased package's value will be imposed. Please be aware that unblocking access, after payment of the contractual penalty, may take up to 72 hours.

• In such cases, your payment will be refunded with deductions for the card operator fee and penalty fee. If the supplier agrees, you will have the opportunity to repurchase the program.

Please note: The process for restoring server access must be coordinated with the service provider, so kindly await their response patiently. You will receive an email soon with the decision and further instructions.

Important: The penalty fee and card operator fee are non-refundable under any circumstances, regardless of the supplier's decision to retain or terminate your subscription.
