    You don't have to worry that something will go wrong during your car diagnostics or programming – the correct operation of the program is crucial when working with your valuable vehicle.


    Downloading software for free from the internet also poses the risk of damaging your car, sometimes irreparably. We guarantee that our software will not harm your vehicle. When you purchase from us, you won't be disappointed.

    Simply get in touch with us. Nobody here has any intention of deceiving anyone over a few euros! You must be aware of this. Sometimes things happen that are beyond our control, and that's why email is there – to clarify any doubts!

  • Installation Support

    Online Installation Support refers to two possible methods of assistance: either we remotely connect to your laptop and install the program, or we provide guidance through email. 


    Please check the "Booking" section for the cost and availability of Online Installation Support before making a purchase.

    • We do not offer support for fixing old installations, so please ensure that your previous installation has been completely removed from your disk and that your system meets all requirements specified in the instruction manual.
    • The Installation Support package includes the INPA Package (NCS Expert Ediabas), basic ISTA-P Installation, and basic ISTA+ Installation without extra features such as programming and updates.
    • We are not responsible for the interface, only for the correctly installed software (main programs, no updates). If you wish to install the interface, you must seek advice from the interface supplier, not from us, as the interface is not part of the purchase.
    •  If the program you have selected has Installation Support, please select the same program with the option (Paid) on the "Booking" page.
    • Please note: Online installation support is valid for 1 month from the date of purchase of the programs! After this period, free support is no longer possible and is only available at the regular price!
    •  If the program does not offer Installation Support, please choose the same program with the option (Additional support) on the "Booking" page.

    Reminder: According to the Terms and Conditions which you agreed to BEFORE your purchase,payment for making an appointment is mandatory, regardless of whether you have purchased a program with online installation support in advance. 


    Unfortunately, a credit card is currently the only accepted method of payment for online installation support.

  • Delivery Costs

    Important Note: A download link to the server will be sent to you shortly after purchase via email. Since the email contains a URL link, some spam filters may incorrectly classify the email as spam. 

    Please make sure to check all spam and junk folders in your email client, including Gmail and Hotmail addresses..

    • DVDs are safe copies intended for personal use only! Due to the large volume of the software, it is only available for download. No physical media such as USB flash drives, DVDs, or HDDs will be provided
  • Download Files

    • A download link to the Mega server will be sent to you shortly after purchase via email. Due to the email containing a URL link, some spam filters may incorrectly classify the email as spam. Therefore, please make sure to check all spam and junk folders in your email client, including Gmail and Hotmail addresses.
    • The Mega server offers a free account of 20GB with bandwidth restrictions or a payable PRO account. Therefore, the customer is responsible for selecting the server based on their preference and requirements.
    • Friendly tips on how to download files from the server and how to avoid a paid Mega subscription are provided in the user manual. In case of any problems with purchasing a Mega account, help is available for downloading files from the server.
    •  If a new version of the program/update  is available, the old one will be automatically discontinued, downloaded, and supported. In such a case, the buyer should purchase new access to the server.
    • Please read the full Terms of Sale (AGB) carefully before making a purchase. For Bundle and Unlimited Access customers, an active Mega account is required.

    IMPORTANT!

    Purchasing software means that you have read and understand all the requirements. If your existing hardware and software do not meet these requirements, the installation may not work. Please note that if your BMW is newer or older than those listed, it may not work with the software.


    This diagnostic/coding software is powerful, and it can either fix or break your car depending on how carefully you use it. If you have any pre-purchase questions, please feel free to contact me via the contact page on my website, and I will reply promptly.


    Please note that under no circumstances should the software be used on an operating system other than OS Windows. We cannot guarantee that it will work properly on Parallel Desktop, Bootcamp, Linux, Mac OS, OS Chrome, or any other solutions different from OS Windows. Therefore, you install the program at your own risk, with all its consequences, including the loss of the license, for example, for ISTA Standalone, damage to your laptop, and any other unexpected glitches.

  • Instructions Manual

    • After your purchase, you will receive a PDF with a link to the instructions manual in the English language!
  • Road Maps

    Please note: 

    • Some maps require an FSC code ( which is not included!).
    • You can use CIC PATCHER to generate FSC certificates or our service, which can be found HERE.
    • We do not offer free support for map installation, FSC certificate generation and other similar road map issues.
    • If you are unable to deal with these issues, you should search on the internet or seek help on your local BMW forum, how to..
    • In extreme cases we can offer you this assistance for an additional charge (see Online Support section).
  • Maxi Dealer Package With Unlimited Access

    Additional information for customers who have purchased  "Maxi Dealer Package", which includes a one-year subscription for updates

    • Once you have created a payable Mega Account, please let us know so that we can activate all folders for you. In a short time, you should receive an invitation email to the Mega Server from our email, and the shared folders should be visible on the left side menu bar. You will need to copy all shared folders and move them to your Mega account.
    • Create a link to each folder (right-click, context menu) to download files and insert them into software such as JDownloader. Use your Mega Account in the settings for JDownloader to download files without any bandwidth restrictions. But to keep file structure use ONLY Megasync!
    • Please note  Mega-Chat is not monitored, so please do not use it as a form of communication with us. Instead, write to us via email.
    • Please remember that if new updates are available, the old files will be removed from the server and replaced with new ones.

    Reminder to purchasers of the service called: "Maxi Dealer Package"


    Updates and Subscription: 

    • Please note that your annual subscription does not cover a full calendar year; it lasts for 11 calendar months (e.g., purchase date 25.02.2020 - end of subscription 01.01.2021). As we do not send reminders about the end of the subscription, buyers are responsible for remembering the expiry date of their subscription.
    • Please be aware that any software purchased with an annual subscription becomes effective on the date of purchase, not when the license is received.

    File Access

    • During your subscription, you have unlimited access to the files on the server. However, due to constant updates, files may be deleted and replaced with newer ones. It is advisable to place the files in your own account to prevent any situation where certain files become inaccessible.
    • If you did not utilise any of the features available during your subscription, you will not be eligible for a refund. For example, if you chose to install the programs yourself despite having purchased an online installation service, you cannot apply for a refund.

    Activation Deadline: 

    • All annual subscriptions must be activated immediately after purchase but no later than 3 months before your subscription ends. The 3-month period is the deadline for using such services, as the shortest subscription period we offer is 3 months.

  • Updates & Subscription

    Please note: Any software purchased with an annual subscription will become effective on the date of purchase, not on the date the license is received.


    For Standalone subscribers, a free update will only be provided when it is possible and update files are available. Therefore, we cannot guarantee when or if there will be a new update. In this case, the update may be provided in various forms, such as through Programming Delta Files for ISTA Standalone.


    For iLean subscribers!

    LICENSE INFO:


    Ensure that your Windows operating system is already activated before making a purchase.


    The license is valid for only one PC! Virtual Machines are not supported.

    Please note: iLean ISTA is an offline version that does not connect to BMW's backend and does not support secure coding.


    Please note: Our iLean software is exclusively designed for private use and is not permitted for installation on business devices. However, it can be installed on personal business devices for individuals who own a small company, such as a BMW car repair service or similar.


    • iLean program should not be installed on company devices under any circumstances.
    • In case of any license manipulation, anomalies on the part of the user on our server, attempts to clone a PC or HDD, use of a virtual machine, etc., the user will be banned immediately and permanently, along with the IP.
    • If you plan to change the PC, extend or replace the HDD/SSD or OS, you must inform us BEFORE! Otherwise, it will be considered manipulation, leading to the following banning procedure. Changes to the operating system hard drive are not permitted without prior authorization.
    • If you violate the terms of the license, your account will be suspended. To unblock the suspended account, a penalty of 10% of the value of the purchased package will be imposed. Please note that unblocking access after payment of the contractual penalty may take up to 72 hours.
    • In such a case, your payment will be refunded and reduced by the card operator fee and penalty fee. If the supplier agrees, you will have the possibility to purchase the program once again.
    • Note: The penalty fee and card operator fee are non-refundable under any circumstances, whether the supplier decides to keep your subscription or not.
    • Please note: The procedure for restoring access to the server must also be agreed upon with the service provider, so please wait patiently for their response. You will soon receive an email with the decision and further instructions.
    • Your subscription starts as soon as you receive your login details.

  • License Activation

    LICENSE

    Please note!


    Please ensure that your Windows operating system is already activated before making a purchase.

    It is no longer necessary to insert the license text into ISTA as all licenses are activated online. Therefore, the customer needs to have a one-time Internet connection to activate the license for ISTA Standalone.

    • The license is valid only for one PC/HD/SSD!
    • Virtual Machines are not supported.

    It cannot be transferred to another laptop and will be rejected in case of:

    • Change of motherboard
    • HDD Manipulation

    Licenses cannot be exchanged for ANY reason, such as lost or damaged hardware, laptop replacement, or similar things not described here.

    • If you breach the license terms, you have to purchase a new license.
    • One PC/HD/SSD - One License!
    • Once activated, the licence is valid lifetime
    • Since ISTA 4.39.2x BIOS/Windows update does not reject the license.
    • Activation of the licence is effected by sending us the key in text form, usually within 24 hours during our working hours. 
  • Refund Policy

    Refunds are not available for purchases of digital products and services made through our payment system.

    • Digital elements cannot be returned. Therefore, @InstallationSupport has a "NO Refund" policy for all digital download products. Please note that we are not a dealer but rather a private entity.
    • As this is a private sale, it is important to emphasize that we do not provide guarantees, invoices, returns, or similar services. For non-tangible digital software, such as download packages, a refund policy is not feasible for obvious reasons. It is essential to acknowledge that by continuing, you automatically accept my conditions. If you disagree, kindly exit the website immediately!
    • If there is any uncertainty, please review the Terms of Sale, which are binding on you, for clarification. Regardless of your payment method—be it Credit Card, PayPal, or any other form available on the site—these conditions apply

  • ISTA Versions

    There are different versions of the ISTA diagnostic program, each with its own features and requirements. Let's take a look at the main differences between these versions:


    ISTA Standalone:

    This version of the program is a diagnostic tool that requires a license to use and must be activated. The installation process is fully automatic and can be completed with just one click. The latest version, 4.46.14, also provides an update for programming files to the latest version.


    ISTA Basic:

    This version is a basic ISTA program with a lower version number than the current Standalone version, but it still comes with an auto-installer. To update the program files to the latest version of ISTA, you must manually update the files required for programming using the installation console called "IstaLauncherConsole," or by placing the files in the appropriate location (instructions on how to do this are included). The current basic ISTA is 4.32.xx license is included and does not require activation. Upgrade programming files to the latest version, 4.46.xx, are also provided.


    ISTA iLean:

    This is the latest dealer version of the program and is updated in real-time via the Admin Client provided by us. The installation process is very easy and automatic. However, to use ISTA iLean, you must have a 3-6 or 1-year subscription. The latest version, 4.46.xx, is provided with many languages, and an HDD update with the latest Road Maps is available separately to buy for your current subscription plan.

    The language package and HDD update are only available to existing customers! We do not sell language and HDD updates separately!


    Update ANY ISTA with Delta Files:

    Please be aware that there is NO "update" available for the main program. Such an update does not exist until the supplier creates a new standalone version. The update with the delta files is only for programming data SDP and BLP. The main program always remains at version e.g. 4.46.14 after the update, and the programming data will be the latest e.g. 4.46.xx and so on.


    Please Note: All ISTA versions are offline versions that are not connected to the BMW backend server and, therefore, do not support the secure coding needed for the newer BMW series.


    Important Info:


    All Standalone versions, as always, have no expiration date. It comes with an automatic installer, making installation easy and uncomplicated. Therefore, honestly, it does not require the help of third parties. But if you find something difficult, you have the option to buy online installation support.


    In summary

    Ours ISTA  just has a different trade name and is called: iLean ISTA, ISTA Standalone or ISTA Basic, ISTA-D but this is still the same program!  ISTA Basic, ISTA Standalone, or iLean ISTA differ only in their respective versions, and activation process.

    For example: iLean ISTA undergoes real-time updates throughout the subscription period, ensuring the latest features and improvements.  In contrast, the other versions remain unchanged until the creator releases a new version.
